After identifying your current level (Early Tech, Developing Tech or Target Tech), work with your team to think about where you'd like to end up. While the ultimate goal is to reach "Target Tech" both overall and for each team member's areas of responsibility, getting there takes time and focus. Your team may decide to focus initially on bringing all teachers up to the level of Developing Tech in their classroom instruction.

When your team is ready to move forward, check out the resources in the Achieve section as well as the targeted resources for each member of your team at the end of the self-assessment.

The Ed Tech Locator is intended to help teams and districts make progress. It may be helpful to look at each team member's assessment and identify those that are of highest priority. This way, rather than working simultaneously to move to your desired destination in all areas, your team is focusing on 2 or 3 areas in which your current location is the lowest.
